Rebranding and redefining the company’s purpose

The company begins to take on larger-scale projects under the name “IPODOMI TECHNICAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY”.

Expansion

Expansion into contemporary building projects and residential development under the name “IPODOMI”.

Rebranding

Completion of the rebranding process.

Expansion

Establishment of a new office in Athens, at 15 Kodrou Street in Plaka. Upgrade of human resources. Comprehensive design in a BIM environment, with significant technological advancement in expertise and equipment. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. Commencement of the BIM ISO 19650-2 certification process.

AEC & Development

Transformation into a S.A., accompanied by a change of corporate name to IPODOMI AEC & Development S.A. and an expansion of business activities. Expansion into new offices at 20 Valaoritou Street in Thessaloniki and rapid growth in the construction and real estate sectors. Full digital transformation.
