Antonios Tressos
President of the Board of Directors – CEO | Civil Engineer, MSc
A graduate in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University in 2007, he also earned a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Surrey University in 2008. He began his career at N. TRESSOS & ASSOCIATES “IPODOMI”, gaining valuable experience in the conservation of historic monuments. In 2019, he founded IPODOMI TECHNICAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, carrying forward the legacy of his father, Nikolaos Tressos. In 2022, he began pursuing a Master of Science in the Protection, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Monuments at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, starting in 2025, he will further his education with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Macedonia.
Stergios Tressos
Vice President of the Board of Directors | Civil Engineer, MSc
A graduate in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University, he went on to complete a Master of Science in Structural Engineering at Surrey University. In 2011, he began his professional career as an on-site civil engineer. In 2019, he co-founded IPODOMI TECHNICAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, following in the footsteps of his father, Nikolaos Tressos.
Petros Kolios
Member of the Board of Directors | Mechanical Engineer, MSc
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2008, he then went on to earn a Master of Science in Project and Enterprise Management from University College London. In 2008, he began working as a permanent external contractor for a company in Northern Greece, specializing in the design and supervision of energy projects. He subsequently worked as a Technical Analyst at SSE Heat Networks Ltd in the United Kingdom. In 2015, he became a co-founder and managing partner of INNERTECH, a technical company that merged with IPODOMI toward the end of 2024.
Abet Natse
Member of the Board of Directors | Mechanical Engineer, MBA
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2008, he then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at the University of Macedonia in 2018. In 2007, he began working as a Project Engineer with well-known companies in Northern Greece. In 2015, he became a co-founder and managing partner of INNERTECH, a technical company that merged with IPODOMI toward the end of 2024.
