After gathering all necessary data and analyzing the key features of the project, we develop the schedule and coordinate the workflow. This approach allows us to provide our clients with a clear and comprehensive view of the project’s progress.

1. Preparatory Work

The process begins with the initial communication between the client and our company. The aim is to understand and document the project’s specific requirements. Following this, we prepare the building program and assess the project’s feasibility.

2. Preliminary Study

Our team focuses on establishing the design philosophy and core elements. The aim is to develop a clear vision of the projects anticipated outcomes. At the end of this phase, the main architectural features are presented in a moodboard to offer a clearer visual representation of the design.

3. Final Design

At this stage, the architectural design is finalized. At the same time, we conduct the structural analysis, seismic planning, and electromechanical design to ensure the project’s technical integrity.

4. Licensing

The project dossier is prepared to secure the necessary approvals and obtain the required permits to begin the work.

5. Detailed Design

This stage involves the detailed design of the building shell as well as the interior design. Special attention is given to construction details to ensure the project’s quality and functionality.

6. Construction

Once the construction site is organized and the necessary permits are obtained, we begin the execution of the work. All work is carried out by our skilled workers under the supervision of IPODOMI’s site engineers.

7. Technical Support

Once construction is complete, the as-built dossier is compiled, outlining the project’s finished form and documenting all changes and modifications made during the construction process. Even after project completion, our company offers ongoing support for facility maintenance.
