The project focuses on the renovation and expansion of our offices in the center of Thessaloniki. The updated spaces include offices, meeting and conference rooms, lounge areas, and auxiliary spaces. The primary objective of the design was to create a contemporary and functional workspace with a focus on quality. Modern and timeless materials, open-plan offices, bespoke designs, and advanced technology all contribute to the distinct character of our facilities.

 

The company’s offices are spread across two levels, covering a total of 350 m2. The first level accommodates the Divisions of Design, Construction, and Project Development, while the second level accommodates the Divisions of Administrative Support, Finance, and Commercial Affairs.

The architectural concept features a variety of materials, including wood, metal profiles, and vinyl flooring, with a strong emphasis on sound-absorbing systems and elements. Organic and geometric shapes are seamlessly integrated into our aesthetic, while the selected color palette, applied to both fixed and movable furnishings, perfectly aligns with our new corporate identity.

 

Glass partitions, interior doors, and slender profiles add to the modern, sophisticated character of the spaces, enhancing both transparency and the feeling of openness.
