Its architecture aligns with the surrounding environment, adhering to the typical layout of the island’s residences. The architectural composition is defined by white tones on the walls, color accents on both the exterior and interior frames, and clean, simple lines. The building spans two levels, each extending into its own outdoor space. The creative approach to managing the volumes, along with the unique topography of the site, creates a distinctive atmosphere that enhances the spatial experience. The ground floor features the living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.
