ARCSTREAM

ARCSTREAM is a new residential building located in Thermi. The area, combined with the design principle of a sustainable building, aims to enhance the quality of life and daily living while fostering a connection with the natural environment, all within close proximity to the city.

Architecture:
The strategic orientation of the building toward the Thermaic Gulf ensures stunning views and abundant natural light, enhancing residents’ comfort through the enjoyment of a unique landscape.
The integration of bioclimatic elements and high-efficiency energy systems reduces energy costs and supports a more sustainable way of living. Smart-building systems and bioclimatic design with an emphasis on natural lighting and ventilation form the core design principles of IPODOMI.
The building consists of six residences. Four of them (apartments A1, A3, B1, and B3) have an area of 130 m² and include an open-plan living and dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which is a master), a bathroom, and a guest WC. Apartments A2 and B2, with an area of 106 m², include an open-plan living and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms (one master), a bathroom, and a guest WC.

Interior Design:
ARCSTREAM offers an interior design inspired not only by elegance but also by the unique character of the area. The modern design, featuring natural materials such as wood and marble, creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere, while the functional layout ensures ease and convenience for every member of the family.
